Somedays as a #servicedesigner I genuinely don't know what I actually do...
I guess I ask some questions and make some #miro boards?
Hopefully, I help people navigate and make sense of things, incrementaly improve systems.
I sometimes worry that I don't and may actually be doing harm...
And when I do follow up or track the people side of success metrics, that they are just saying what they think I want to hear, or what they think is expected of them.
