For the last three years, we've been asking the same question: “What's the current state of #DesignSystems?” And just like a regrettable backflip at Krispy Kreme, we're back at it again.
What's different this time is that we want to hear from more #Developers and learn more about how you build for and with design systems. Start here:

@heydon @DavidDarnes next year it could be interesting to survey folks who work in per-project/client design systems despite their company not having one shared system. That's my experience in the agency world.
@heydon @DavidDarnes and it'd be interesting to compare the two groups' responses. My intuition is that some agencies see more possibilities and evolution than most product shops— multiple projects' design systems being created at any given time, with feedback from each project's team, each person on which has been part of creating multiple design systems in recent memory.
