Jeff Gang<p>*Niche request, please boost:*</p><p>Looking for input and expertise in **how to legally co-own a multigenerational family home** where seven of us live.</p><p>Two married couples with kiddos, plus a mother-in-law, all on the same property, living in what is essentially a single unit.</p><p>Our goals:<br>* giving all parties a fair share of home equity, given that one of us paid more for down payment and the rest of us pay for mortgage;<br>* minimizing complication + taxes when oldest person passes away;<br>* not paying a ton of money to a lawyer to handle this<br>* still able to put some/all of our land into conservation, eventually</p><p>Ideas:<br>Tenants in common with a co-ownership agreement? Marina<p>I love to learn, especially when I can choose the topic on my own and dive deeper into things that interest me most.</p><p>For 3 month, next to my work, I took a deep dive into sustainable tourism, did an online certificate at edX where I worked on a concept for sustainable workation.
